According Chegury in early February, shortly after becoming aware of the environmental disaster in the Serra Geral, which divides the states of Goiás, Tocantins and Bahia, the civil investigation was initiated public n ° 02/2013 (click here) . The prosecutor even been to the crash site and collected samples of water and land that could be contaminated with chemicals and pesticides.
With the collapse, the flood of mud, stones and earth opened up a crater approximately 7 km, changing in almost 200 meters to the east of the Mosquito River, a major Northeastern Goiás and Tocantins Southeast. On site, there was a landslide that hit the east of the São Vicente, which passes Terra Ronca State Park, the most extensive areas of environmental preservation of Goiás, with approximately 60 000 hectares, endangering fish species endangered and Sao Vicente cave complex. ( Cristiani Honorio / Social Communication of the MP-GO - Photos: file Prosecutor's Office of St. Dominic)

The prosecutor Douglas Roberto Ribeiro de Magalhaes Chegury is investigating responsibility for environmental disasters in the cities of Santo Domingo and Campos Belos, Goias in the Northeast.
Since yesterday (14/3), and surveys are being carried out by the technical-skills expert prosecutors in places where there were the disasters generated by the collapse of land. This information will educate the public civil inquiries which proceed through the Prosecutor’s Office and Justice of São Domingos Campos Belos to liability for damages.
The prosecutor also informed that another investigation was initiated in Santo Domingo for determining liability for environmental damage over the Serra Geral, similar to what happened in Upper Landing.
On site, there was a landslide that hit the east of the São Vicente, which passes Terra Ronca State Park, the most extensive areas of environmental preservation of Goiás, with approximately 60 000 hectares, endangering fish species endangered and Sao Vicente cave complex. This HAS happened before… on Feb. 25, 2011 .. in Peru… (just a few weeks before the Japan 9.0M earthquake)…  when things were really heating up around the ring of fire.

The sudden appearance early in the morning of an enormous crack, measuring 100 meters wide and three kilometers long, caused confusion among residents of the Huacullani district in the Chucuito province, department of Puno.
The exact cause of the crack in the earth still unknown. Peru’s geophysical institute ruled out the occurrence of an earthquake in the region, but what is clear is that the ground opened up and large blocks of earth can be observed scattered throughout the area.
The event, recorded Wednesday morning, caused the collapse of one house located in the rural community of Llorohoco. Four people managed to escape, but the youngest in the family, five-year-old Jean Carlos Vilcanqui Acero, is missing.
Geological engineers from the regional committee for civil defense have arrived in the area to investigate the phenomenon and determine its causes, said Javier Pampamallco, Puno’s civil defense chief.

In 2011, we were seeing MULTIPLE volcanoes erupt.. multiple 6.0M and 7.0M earthquakes preceding the Japan event — as well as multiple spots where odd earth changes were occurring, such as mass animal die offs, earthquakes at odd locations, fracking locations, dormant volcanoes, strange booms, large areas reporting acrid smells near fault lines, and multiple sinkholes forming..
We’re seeing these types of events happen again now, which leads me to say — HAVE AN EARTHQUAKE PLAN — If you live near the coast, have an Earthquake AND Tsunami plan.
Always best to be prepared, just in case.

COUPEVILLE, Wash. — A large landslide in the Ledgewood neighborhood, south of Coupeville, has made 17 homes inaccessible and seven other homes were evacuated. One home was said to have been destroyed by the slide.
Neighbors on Fircrest Avenue told the Whidbey Examiner that they heard something that sounded like a sonic boom or loud thunder at 4:15 a.m. Wednesday. One resident also reported that large trees that once could be seen on the bluff are missing.
The paper reported a home on Driftwood Way was “impacted” by the landslide, but was also said to be unoccupied.
