RATS "ON THE BEACH" at Fukushima...
Ok so first Tepco said a rodent caused the power outage, now they say it was "sand & seawater"... either way, delicate equipment keeping us from a catastrophic situation should not be sitting on the beds of pickup trucks out in the open. They have got to get their shit together, here we have all been worried about another earthquake/tsunami and something this important was completely neglected.
BTW the pic is NOT photoshop, this guy actually taught his pet rat to surf, lol.
